You can find more information about these products here.\n\nSince Five Guys buns are not gluten free, we offer modified options for customers with gluten sensitivity. You can order any burger or hot dog without the bun, in either a Lettuce Wrap or a No Bun Bowl. You can also bring your own gluten free bun, as the burger is simple to transfer. However, please note that due to food safety precautions, we cannot prepare your food with this bun.\n\nFive Guys beef is gluten free, consisting of 100% 80\/20 ground chuck with no additives, fillers, or preservatives. Our bacon and hot dogs are also gluten free. All meat is cooked on a dedicated grill separate from the bun toasting grill.\n\nOur fries, both Five Guys Style and Cajun, are gluten free. They are made from fresh cut potatoes soaked in water and cooked in dedicated fryers with 100% refined peanut oil.\n\nWhilst we do all we can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross contamination.
